I am an alumni of Simply Real Life: The Method. Is this a good fit?
Yes! I wrote this program, inspired by my SRL alumni, or anyone ready for the next layer in learning their body even better, and what it takes to thrive. It's not necessary to be an alumni, as long as you currently live a healthy life, eat real food as your norm, and feel like you're doing all the right things--- but not feeling how you want to feel in your body. This is for you!
